Ten days is the minimum. Sculpted, tiered and wedding cakes should be booked as far out as you can manage.
Yes. Letter cakes, number cakes and sculpted shapes are all things we do regularly, as the gallery shows.
Many designs can be adapted. Tell us the requirement when you enquire so we can confirm what will work for the design you want.
