Photographs of a cake or an invitation are genuinely useful, and they are far easier to send by email than to describe down the phone. We read messages on the days the bakery is open.

Visiting and contacting us

What are your opening hours?

Wednesday and Thursday 10am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 1pm. We are closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

Where do I park?

There is parking behind the building. Come in from Kinsey Avenue.

How do I get in touch?

Email us. That is the channel we watch most closely, and it lets you attach photographs of what you have in mind. You can also call 716-436-3001 during open hours. There is no contact form on the site.

What if I cannot call during your open hours?

Email us instead. It is the easiest way to reach us outside open hours, and we answer on the next day the bakery is open. Include the date you are thinking about and roughly how many people.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes. Custom cake and cookie orders are taken and paid for over the phone, with at least 10 days notice.

Can I just come in and talk it through?

Please do. Come in during open hours and we can look at photographs and flavors together, which is often quicker than describing a cake down the phone.
